We are feeling very proud of our staff member Sarah who has published her first children’s book!
The Heavy Bag by Sarah Surgey is written to help primary school children put words with those emotions that weigh us down, and make us feel it is all too much. Sarah is passionate about supporting young people’s mental health, and wanted her book to be of help to parents and carers and their children. It is beautifully illustrated by Larisa Ivankovic.
