Jane Hoe

Jane has lived in Bathampton for 20 years, and has been involved with Playgroup since 2015 – when her youngest daughter attended and she volunteered as a parent-help. She has been employed by the Playgroup since 2021 and absolutely love working in this special place. She has a degree in classics and is a qualified teacher (but has always worked as a Teaching Assistant). She has two daughters. Her family loves animals – they have a dog, a cat, a budgie and seven chickens.

Doogie Hunter

Doogie has worked at the preschool since 2022 and is passionate about sharing the natural world with children. A passionate believer that it takes a village to raise a child, Doogie loves to create a space for children to flourish and grow into themselves. As well as caring for a large tribe of animals on his smallholding, Doogie provides 1-1 Nature-Based Mentoring for children and facilitates outdoor education.
